Sorry we haven't posted in a couple days. The crêpe truck hasn't been out due to poor weather the last couple days. We had a great time serving until 3am at the CMJ music festival/WILLIAMSBURG MUSIC HALL last Friday night. Tomorrow 10/31 the truck will be around 9th ave+19thstreet near LE CAFÊTIÈRE (160 9th ave), our French housewares shop. We also would like to thank everyone for their great participation/ comments/suggestions on this post. Eventually we plan to include some recipes as requested.
We will again be at the Grand Army Plaza greenmarket at the corner of Union + Prospect Park West from 9-ish in the morning. We have also had a lot of requests for the Upper West Side area so we are checking it out and hope to be able to come up there soon. Keep the suggestions coming.
